HUBUNGAN PERILAKU CARING PERAWAT TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN PREOPERASI DI RUANG MERAK RSAU DR. ESNAWAN ANTARIKSA
Abstract
Menurut data dari WHO tahun 2012 jumlah pasien dengan tindakan operasi setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan. Perilaku caring perawat menjadi jaminan apakah layanan perawatan bermutu atau tidak. Kecemasan dapat terjadi pada pasien praoperasi, apabila tidak mendapat penanganan yang adekuat, tidak tertutup kemungkinan kecemasan akan bertambah parah yang berdampak kepada ketidaksiapan pasien menjalani operasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menegtahui hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi di ruang Merak RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. Metode Penelitian desain yang digunakan dalah deskriptif korelasi pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah pasien yang akan dilakukan operasi di ruang Merak RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa Jakarta yang berjumlah 94 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 44 responden. Hasil uji Chi Square pada Fisher’s Exact Test didapatkan bahwa nilai Asymptotic Significance (2-sided) adalah 0,044 (Nilai Asymp Sig< 0,05). Simpulan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi di ruang Merak RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. Saran mengadakan pendidikan dan pelatihan service exellent secara berkesinambungan dan untuk mengurangi kecemasan dengan aroma therapi, buku rohani dan terapi musik.
According to data from WHO in 2012 the number of patients with surgery every year has increased. Nurse caring behavior is a guarantee whether the quality of care services or not. Anxiety can occur in preoperative patients, if they do not get adequate treatment, it is possible that anxiety will get worse which impacts on the patient's unpreparedness to undergo surgery. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nurses caring behavior with preoperative patient anxiety levels in the Peacock Room RSAU dr. Esnawan Space. The research method design used is descriptive cross sectional correlation approach. The population is the patient who will be operated on in the Merak Hospital RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa Jakarta, amounting to 94 people, sampling using a purposive sampling technique of 44 respondents. Results Chi Square test on the Fisher's Exact Test found that the value of Asymptotic Significance (2-sided) is 0.044 (Sig Asymp Value <0.05). Conclusion there is a significant relationship between nurses caring behavior with the anxiety level of preoperative patients in Merak Hospital RSAU dr. Esnawan Space. Suggestions are to carry out excellent education and service training on an ongoing basis and to reduce anxiety with the aroma of therapy, spiritual books and music therapy.
