HUBUNGAN PEKERJA LANSIA DAN POLA MAKAN DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI DI POSBINDU ASTER KELURAHAN JATICEMPAKA KECAMATAN PONDOK GEDE KOTA BEKASI
Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan gangguan pada sistem peredaran darah yang menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah (sistolik di atas 140 mmHg dan diastolik di atas 90 mmHg). Seorang individu yang telah melewati usia 45 tahun atau 60 tahun disebut lansia (Senja Amalia dan Tulus Prasetyo, 2019). Tujuan Penelitian untuk mendapatkan hubungan mengenai pekerjaan dan pola makan dengan kejadian hipertensi di Posbindu aster kelurahan jaticempaka kecamatan pondok gede kota Bekasi. Metode Penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Jumlah populasi adalah sebanyak 140 lansia. Sampel diambil dengan teknik metode purposive dengan rumus slovin 10% sebanyak 58 lansia. Analisis yang digunakan univariate dan bivariat menggunakan chi-square dengan = 5%. Hasil Penelitian bahwa variabel pekerjaan >0,05, sedangkan pola makan <0,05. Simpulan variabel pekerjaan tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Posbindu, sedangkan pola makan memiliki hubungan terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Posbindu. Saran maka Posbindu agar dapat meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan kepada lansia untuk mencegah hipertensi melalui perilaku hidup sehat (mengatur pola makan).
