EFEKTIFITAS BUZZY PAIN RELIEF TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI PADA ANAK SAAT INSERSI JARUM
Abstract
Anak sering mengalami nyeri akibat prosedur invasif insersi jarum selama hospitalisasi. Dibutuhkan sebuah inovasi untuk menurunkan nyeri saat insersi jarum. Tujuan: mengetahui efektivitas Buzzy Pain Relief terhadap nyeri saat insersi jarum. Metode dalam studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome (PICO). Hasil penelitian menggambarkan Skor nyeri pada saat insersi jarum menggunakan pain management Buzzy lebih rendah (bermakna) dibandingkan menggunakan alkohol swab yang dibekukan.
