HUBUNGAN POLA ASUH IBU DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK PADA ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN
Abstract
The growth and development of children in Indonesia still needs serious attention, the rate of growth and development delays is still quite high, namely 5-10% experiencing delays, child development is very much influenced by the environment and interactions between children and their mothers, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting parents with the motor development of children aged 4-5 years. This study uses a quantitative design with an analytic survey research design that is connecting independent variables with dependent variables with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study was 66 with a total sampling technique. This research was conducted at Asyifa Kindergarten, Bungo Regency, the instruments used in the KPSP study were to see motor development and the Likert scale for the parenting pattern questionnaire. Data processing using a computer with SPSS by using the Chi-Square Test. The results showed that parenting style was 56.1% democratic and motor development was 78.8% normal with a P-value of 0.00 so that there is a relationship between parenting style and motor development in children aged 4-5 years and it is suggested to parents to always apply democratic parenting for every stage of child development.
