إصلاح التعليم العالي الجامعي الإسلامي وتوجيهه لتنمية الموارد البشرية القيادية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الد ارسة إلى التعرف والعرض على تطور أهداف التعليم العالى الإسلاميوأدوارها فى بناء المجتمع الإندونيسي فى فترة الإحتلال وبعد الإحتلال، ثم إب ارز تحدياتها فىالمستقبل. وتستخدم هذه الد ارسة فى بعض جوانبها المنهج الوصفى التحليلى التاريخى، وذلك عندالتعرض لتطور واقع أهداف التعليم العالي فى إندونيسيا. كما اتجهت لاستخدام الأساليب المستقبليةلتقديم التوقعـات المحتملة والممكنة لهذا التعليم. 

وتحصل  هذه الد ارسة على نتائج منها: 1( أن التعليم العالى الإسلامى الإندونيسي نشأ فى وضع ظروف الإحتلال الأجنبي وأنه يعتبر وسيلة من وسائ ل المقاومة التى استخدمها رجال إندونيسيالمواجهة قوة الإحتلال خاصة فى مجال تعليم وتربية الشعب  وتنوير الإفكار وإعداد رجال المقاومةللحصول على الإستقلال الإندونيسي. 2( إن التعليم العالى الإسلامى له دور هام فى بناء المجتمعالإندونيسي خلال ف ترة الإحتلال وبعد الإحتلال.

This study aims to identify and present the development of the goals of Islamic higher education and its roles in building the Indonesian society in the period of occupation and after the occupation, then describe its challenges in the future. This study uses, in some of its aspects, the descriptive analytical historical method. And when we are exposed to the development of the reality of the goals of higher education in Indonesia. It also tended to use future methods to present potential and possible expectations for this education. This study obtains results including: 1) That Indonesian Islamic higher education arose in the situation of foreign colonialization conditions and that it is 2) Islamic higher education has an important role in building Indonesian society during the colonialization period and after the colonialization. Considered one of the means of resistance that Indonesian men used to confront the colonialization force, especially in the field of educating and educating the people, enlightening ideas, and preparing resistance men to obtain Indonesian independence.
