تحديات الدعوة في الوضع الطبيعي الجديد
Abstract
هذا المقال يعالج قضية العصر وهي الكوفيد-١٩. معلوم أن هذا الوباء لا ينحصر آثاره على الإقتصاد فقط، بل تؤثر أيضا على الجوانب الدينية، خاصة الدعوة الإسلامية. فإن أنشطة الدعوة تعطلت كثيرا بل بعض الشعائر توقف، حيث أغلقت المساجد لمدة طويلة ولا يسمح لأحد دخول المسجد لإقامة الشعائر. وأما الوضع الجديد فلا يتغير كثيرا عما قبله، وإن تم فتح المساجد أمام المصلين لكن يفرض عليهم متابعة النظام الذي تفرضه الحكومة مثل التباعد في الصفوف واستعمال المطهرات الكحولية ومغطي الأنف والفم. فإن النظام المطبق في تعامل الناس بعضهم البعض يعرقل أنشطة الدعوة. فلا بد من وضع خطط الدعوة في ظل هذه الظروف، وإلا أدى الأمر إلى التدهور في الحياة الدينية للمجتمع أكثر من آثارها في الإقتصاد. ويقترح الباحث تصحيح مفاهيم المجتمع المغلوطة وإعادة إلى المفاهيم الصحيحة.
يتبع المقال في المنهجية تتبع الآثار الدينية للمجتمع وتطبيق المقاييس الشرعية عليها. وفي الخاتمة يقترح الباحث عدة الإقتراحات منها ضرورة التحول من تمييز الأخبار الواردة بين الصحيحة عن الكاذبة. من الملاحظ أن في قضية الكوفيد يدخلها بعض الأكاذيب والتوهمات، فتنبغي توعية المجتمع بالتحول في قبول الأخبار، وحثهم على الانتفاع بالوقت والوسائل الحديثة المتاحة للدعوة.
This paper discusses actual cases in the wake of Covid-19. As it is known, not only has the pandemic led to historic economic impact, its ramifications spread across faith-based sector, namely in the role of preaching (Da’wah). Worshippers were ordered to follow strict guidelines to prevent the spread of the corona virus. As consequences, Da’wah activities became generally constrained. Rituals (shi’ar) were forced to stop due to restrictions on religious congregations, even to the point of shuttering mosques for long period of time. No one was allowed to enter the compound to perform either the daily worship or Friday prayers. As in the case of adopting the New-Normal era, the conditions were not significantly any different than previously. Although mosques have been reopened, there are government required health protocols: worshippers must observe social distancing rules. The strict measures led the faithful to widening the distance of prayer shaf (lines) when praying at mosques; prohibition of large gatherings; use of hand sanitizers and facial masks when entering mosques. The protocol has sufficiently inhibitted the propagation movement. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to formulate a da'wah agenda during this era. Avoiding it, could cause a negative impact on the religious life of the society which carries more weight far greater than the economic losses. The author proposes, that it is necessary to reform the misconceptions about this outbreak and to get it back on track.
The methodology used is by examining the effects of religion on society in response to government policies; the extent of public reactions and to apply Sharia principles toward these rules. In conclusion, the author offers several ideas, including inviting the public to be extra careful when receiving information related to Covid-19. There are questionable news and exessive caution. Community also needs to be enpowered in taking advantage of available time and technological means for da'wah engagement.
