Islam is perfect religion. The perfection of Islam can be seen from the principles of the teachings it contains. One of the principles that occupies an important position and becomes a discourse from time to time is justice (al'is). The purpose of the Indonesian state is the fulfillment of justice for all Indonesian people. This can be seen well in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution that the state to be established is an Indonesian state that is just and aims to create social justice. Islam instructs every human being to do justice or enforce justice in every action and deed done, this can be seen from QS. An-Nisaa verse 58 which means: verily Allah commands you to convey the mandate to those who are entitled to receive it, and (instructs you) what if you set a law between humans so that you decide justly. Verily, Allah gives you the best teaching. Verily, Allah is All-Hearing and All-Seeing. Furthermore, in the Qur'an found the command to people who believe to be enforcers of justice, namely in 'QS An-Nisaa (verse 135) which means: O you who believe, be you people who are truly enforcers of justice, be witnesses for Allah, even if it is against yourself or your mother, father and your relatives, whether he is rich or poor, then Allah knows best his benefit. So do not follow your lust because you want to deviate from the truth. And if you twist (words) or by being a witness, then surely Allah is aware of everything that you do. Then in QS As-Shuraa verse 15 which means: So therefore call (them to the religion) and stay as you are commanded and do not follow their desires and say I believe in all the books that Allah has sent down and I am commanded to do justice among the people. you. For us our deeds and for you your deeds
