KEUTAMAAN SYARIAT ISLAM
Abstract
This article discusses the virtues of Islamic law. There is a desire for the Muslim community in the world to apply Islamic Sharia, after previously man-made law (wadh'iyah) was more dominantly applied than Islamic law. There are several reasons why Islamic law is the main rule compared to others, such as: Al-Rabbaniyah, Al-Alamiyah, Syumul, Al-lshalah Wal Khulud, At-Taisir wa Raf’ul Kharaj, Ri’ayatul Masholih Al-Basyariyah, At-Tawazun Bainal Maddah War Ruh, At-Tawazun Bainal Aqidah wal Hayah, dan Al-Akhlaqiyah. With these principles Islam governs human life, so that all attitudes and views of life can be accepted by other humans.
