Author Guidelines
The paper sent to our redaction will be considered for publication if meeting the following criteria:

A. General Requirements

It is scientific and focused on the reviews of related problems in law and legal studies. Besides, it must be original and based on the research and contributive literature review for the development of law studies.
Articles should be original, research-based, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals.

B. Writing Rules
1.  It consists of title, author’s name, institution, email address, abstract, key words, content and references.
2.  The title must be clear, precise and no more than 14 words.
3.  The author does not need to include the academic title.
4.  Manuscript should be typed in MS document format with Times New Roman, size 12 pts, one and a half space, A4 paper roughly 15 to 25 pages
5.  All submission must include 75-150 words abstract and 3-5 keywords. The abstract of research paper should contain title, purpose, method, and research finding. Meanwhile the abstract of non-research paper includes title, purpose, and discussion.
6.  It must be typed in Microsoft Word with RTF (Rich Text Format) or Doc. (Word Document) and sent to the redaction via email by using file attachment.

C. Footnote and References

Each citation must be included references by using footnotes. The footnote does not contain any explanation or description and contains footnote protected by Copyright as stipulated in Law No. 28 The year 2014 concerning Copyright. 1. Book 

a. Footnote  

The author's name (not reversed and without a title), year of publication, the title of the book (in italics), place / City of publication: publisher, pages quoted (written p.)

Example: FX. Adji Samekto, 2005, Studi Hukum Kritis: Kritik Terhadap Hukum Modern, Bandung: PT. Citra Aditya Bakti, p. 35.  

b. References  

The author's name (reversed and without a title). year of publication. the title of the book (in italics). place / City of publication: publisher;

Example: Samekto, FX. Adji. 2005. Studi Hukum Kritis: Kritik Terhadap Hukum Modern. Bandung: PT. Citra Aditya Bakti;  

2. Journal  

a. Footnote  

The author's name (not reversed and without title), Title of Article (in quotation marks and not italicized), Journal Name, Volume (written Vol.) Number (written No.), Edition, Year of Publication, Pages Quoted (written p.)

Example: Yusuf Saefudin, "Urgency of Integrated Assessment on Drugs Crime(A Study in Purbalingga Regency), Jurnal Dinamika Hukum, Vol. 17 No. 3 January 2017, p. 42 

b. References  

The author's name (reversed and without title). Title of Article (in quotation marks and not italicized). Journal Name. Volume (written Vol.) Number (written No.). Edition. Year of Publication. Article Page (40-52), DOI Number (if available)

3. Magazine/Newspaper  

a. Footnote  

The author's name, Title of a manuscript (in quotation marks and not italicized), Magazines/Newspapers (italics), Date of publication.

Example: Hibnu Nugroho, "Teleconference Value Verification", Suara Merdeka, June 20th, 2013.  

b. References  

The author's name (reversed and without title). title of an article (in quotation marks and not italicized). Magazines/Newspapers (italics). Date of publication.

Example: Nugroho, Hibnu. "Teleconference Value Verification". Suara Merdeka. June 20th, 2013.  

4. Website  

a. Footnote  

The author's name, Date of publication, Title of the reference library (written in quotation marks and italics), Web site address, Reference library accessible date.

Example: Nanda Perdana Putra, March 22th, 2010, "BNN Ungkap Selundupan 10 Kg Sabu Jaringan Malaysia di Batam", Available on website: http://news.liputan6.com/read/3031865/bnn-ungkap-selundupan-10-kg-sabu-jaringan-malaysia-di-batam, Accessed December 13th, 2010.  

b. References  

The author's name (reversed and without a title), date of publication, a title of the reference library (written in quotation marks and italics), website address, reference library accessible date.

Example: Putra, Nanda Perdana. March 22th. 2010. "BNN Ungkap Selundupan 10 Kg Sabu Jaringan Malaysia di Batam". Available on website: http://news.liputan6.com/read/3031865/bnn-ungkap-selundupan-10-kg-sabu-jaringan-malaysia-di-batam. Accessed on December 13th, 2010.

The paper will be reviewed and edited without changing any substantial contentsThe rejected paper will be notified to the author via email.

Bibliographical reference must be noted in footnote and bibliography according to VERITAS JOURNAL style.
